KAAMMO provides this privacy policy for its video translation service. It describes the information processed by the app, how it is retained and deleted, and the choices available to users.
1. On-device processing
Broadcast audio is processed using Apple’s on-device speech recognition and translation. The app does not save audio or video files or upload audio or captions to KAAMMO servers. Video frames are used to detect broadcast orientation.
2. Captions and history
Recent captions are kept locally for display even when history is off. If enabled, history keeps originals, translations, languages and times on this device until deleted, excluded from backup. Support data saved by older versions may also contain captions. Delete saved captions in History, and use Delete temporary data in Troubleshooting to clear recent captions and older support data.
3. Apple services and purchases
Language downloads and App Store purchases and restores use Apple services. Purchase status, transaction identifiers, daily usage and settings are stored locally to provide features. The app does not receive payment card details. Apple’s privacy policy applies to its services.
4. Export and support
Export, copying and email are initiated only by you. Manage shared files and clipboard data in the receiving app or destination. If you contact support, your email address and message are used to reply. Please avoid sending sensitive captions.
5. Tracking and controls
The app does not show ads or track you. End broadcasting anytime using iOS controls and manage speech recognition permission in Settings. Other video apps and websites follow their own policies.

Support email addresses and message contents are deleted within one year after the inquiry is resolved, unless retention is required by law. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting the email address below.
